I can't find my PIN Code.
Please refer to the card you were given at the event. Your PIN Code is found on the
back of the card, both at the top and underneath the barcode. |
I don't have an email address
In order to retrieve your free photo, you must have a valid email address.
There are many free email providers and it only takes a second to set up your
account - try www.hotmail.com or www.yahoo.com. Once your new email account is set
up, please log back into this site to fully enjoy all of the options available to you!> |
I keep getting the "Your session has timed out" error.
- If you let the website sit idle for too long, your session will time out for security
purposes. Simply log back with your PIN and email address to get back to your photo.
- If you cannot get to the point of ever seeing your photo, you probably do not have
cookies enabled. You must have cookies enabled on your browser in order to get past the log in
screen. How to enable cookies varies from browser to browser, so please check with your browser
documentation for instructions.

I keep getting the "PIN Code not found for this event" error.
There are numerous reasons why your PIN code may not be in the database:
- It is too soon after the event. In order to get the photos and database to our servers,
there must be an Internet connection. If there is no Internet connection at the event, you must
wait until the operator can get to an Internet connection to upload the data. Depending on the
circumstances, this could take a few hours to a few days. Please give at least 48 hours (photos
may be uploaded sooner).
- You are mistyping your PIN. Most PIN Codes are numeric - so make sure you are typing zero
instead of "oh". Also, PINs for most clients are 12 digits long, so verify the number of characters
you are typing in.
- If it is more than a week after the event and you have triple checked your PIN, it could be
simply the data is not in our database. For instance, people have grabbed cards are walked away
before the operator had a chance to scan it, or the barcode scan did not save it properly. These
mistakes are extremely rare, but they do happen. There is not anything we can do to help you - that
PIN is the only connection between your photo and you.

I have lost my PIN, how can I get my photo?
Having a valid PIN Code is the only way to retrieve your photo. |
Viewing photo
|
The photo is blurry or someone is outside the boundaries of the photo
Our photographers make every effort to line up the perfect shot. However, sometimes things
are out of our control - someone moves while the photo is snapping causing a blur, or there are too
many people to fit in the photo. We try to re-take those shots while onsite, but every once in a while
one slips through. Once the photo has been taken, we cannot alter it. |
Saving photo
|
When I save the photo I cannot open it from my computer.
This problem usually occurs while using Windows. Some computers are configured to save
.jpg files as .jpe. You must manually make the change. To save the photo correctly, please follow
these simple instructions:
- Go to the website and log in
- Right-click on the image
- Choose "Save Picture As" from the popup menu
- Navigate your local harddrive to find the folder you would like it saved in
- If your computer has changed the extension to ".jpe" you must change it back to ".jpg" before saving
- Type the filename and correct extension
- Click "Save"

Printing photo
|
The photo prints too large
Depending on which system is used, our photos range in size from 800x600px to
720x486px to 1024x786px. If you need to resize the photo, please save it to your computer
and open it in a photo editing application.
|
I clicked "Print" on the website but nothing happened
You may need to manually ask it to print. In the toolbar along the top of the browser,
choose "File" and then "Print". If it still does not print, verify your printer is connected to
your computer and is turned on. |
Emailing photo
|
It said it sent successfully but the other person never got it
- Make sure when you logged in with a valid email account before you sent the photo.
Some email providers block email coming from an invalid email address.
- Verify you sent it to the correct email address.
- Ask the recipient to check their spam folders to make sure it was not blocked
